Standing proudly on the corner of Jackson & Victoria Streets, this red brick landmark sits comfortably alongside Petone's heritage character, yet its roots lie across the world in the loft-style living of New York City. Look closely and you'll spot the details that set it apart, from the materials to the rooflines.
